About

For the first ten years of my career, insurance companies hired me to defend businesses sued for serious personal injury, wrongful death, and major property damage. I learned a lot about insurance companies, and how they refuse to accept responsibility.

Then I switched sides. Armed with the knowledge and experience of how insurance companies work, I started working to hold them accountable. Now I help people impacted by tragedy maximize their financial recovery and minimize lawsuit anxiety. I believe people affected by tragedy deserve nothing less than first-class representation.

What to expect

  • We represent clients on a “contingency fee” basis. This means the firm does not charge a fee unless you recover. This also means we advance expenses necessary to prosecute the case. We do this because we believe people affected by tragedy deserve first-class representation.

  • We prioritize communication with clients. If you hire us, you should always know the case status, and plan of action. We do this because we believe clear communication helps put clients at ease - so they’re not bothered with lawsuit anxiety.

  • Cases are not resolved favorably by accident. We identify a clear action plan for maximizing recovery in each case. We update clients as to the progress of the plan, and bearing on the case.
